Work Stream Manager
Drive asset management improvements by utilising previously unattainable insights about asset management process maturity and continue to benchmark them over time.

The web-based app for assessing and refining asset management processes.
Often when asset-intensive organisations identify undesirable performance in production or maintenance costs, it prompts an investigation into the cause(s). This typically leads to the identification of poor asset performance in terms of reliability and utilisation.
COSOL's Work Stream Manager is a web-based application that assists organisations in the review of their asset management processes, systems and execution maturity. It provides a central platform for the audit, assessment and comparison of asset management themes against industry standards (or the organisation's own pre-defined targets and standards) to provide insights for actions, improvements and performance overtime.
Work Stream Manager is an essential tool used as part of COSOL's AM Process approach when completing asset management process reviews for clients – from situational analysis and identification to solution design and implementation. It can also be deployed in a client's own environment for continuous improvement and review of processes.
Delivering Insights in 5 Steps
Below illustrates how Work Stream Manager delivers insights for asset management improvement:
- New client setup
During setup, a client's own standards or pre-defined COSOL industry-based standards are uploaded into Work Stream Manager. The client agrees and inputs the targeted maturity level for each asset management process. - Run an initial process review
Once worksite reviewers are trained on how to use Work Stream Manager, the standards, checklists and maturity criteria, an initial review can be completed for each asset management process and updated with any comments and findings. - Develop an improvement implementation plan
Once an initial review is completed, results can be reviewed by process, site or multi-site to gain a snapshot of each asset management process. The relevant findings can then be developed into an actionable implementation plan. - Utilise implementation support tools
Work Stream Manager contains templates, checklists, guides, training material and presentations that can be used to support and track progress in implementing the improvement plans. - Continue to review and optimise
Work Stream Manager can be used to continuously review, refine and further optimise asset management processes even after initial improvements are completed. Simply return to Step 2 above and run the process review based on the new current state.
Built On Over 16 Years' Asset Management Expertise
Work Stream Manager is one of COSOL's proprietary solutions, which has been built on over 16 years' of industry experience and asset management knowledge.
Developed by Work Management Solutions (a COSOL Company), Work Stream Manager was developed to meet the needs for external asset management support that is typically derived from the identification of undesirable performance in an organisation’s key operational metrics, such as production throughput, asset reliability and maintenance costs.
