Geoffrey Lewis

Interim Executive Chairman

Geoff Lewis has over 20 years’ experience in the global delivery of IT services and outsourcing. He established ASG Group Limited (formerly ASX listed, ASX: ASZ), an IT business solutions provider, in 1996 and was its Managing Director until it was acquired in late 2016 for $350 million by Japanese multinational IT services and consulting business Nomura Research Institute, Ltd. Geoff was appointed as a director on 10 September 2019.

Interim CEO of COSOL Limited

Anthony was appointed as Interim Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director in August 2026. He has been part of COSOL for the past four years, serving as CFO and, more recently, as COO. Anthony's a highly credentialed finance executive with more than 20 years’ of experience, Anthony has a wealth of experience in highly competitive and regulated environments. Prior to COSOL Anthony was General Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis at Virgin Australia, where he worked in senior roles since 2011 across finance, transformation and commercial roles. This included playing a key role in the sale process and transition to Bain Capital’s ownership. Anthony previously worked at KPMG in Deal Advisory Services with significant experience across mergers and acquisitions and equity capital markets transactions.

Stephen Johnston

Non-Executive Director
Stephen Johnston has significant international experience in investment, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and commercial management gained over 25 years in Australian industrial and investment organisations. Stephen was the managing director and founder shareholder of Schutz DSL Group, an industrial packaging group with operations in Australia and south east Asia, and was an independent non-executive director of ASG Group Limited (formerly ASX listed, ASX: ASZ), an IT business solutions provider, until it was acquired in late 2016 for $350 million by Japanese multinational IT services and consulting business Nomura Research Institute, Ltd. Stephen was appointed as a director on 10 September 2019.

Gerald Strautins

Non-Executive Director
Gerald Strautins has extensive executive, mergers and acquisitions, consulting, programme and business management experience, with particular strength in formulating, implementing and managing strategic managed service/outsourcing operations and transformation initiatives. Gerald’s strategic business consultancy and corporate management experience was gained through extensive work in Australia, Europe and Asia. He was the Executive – Strategy and M&A of ASG Group Limited (formerly ASX listed, ASX: ASZ), an IT business solutions provider, and was responsible for the strategic direction of the organisation, while also completing in excess of $500 million in mergers and acquisitions transactions. Gerald was appointed as a director on 4 October 2019.

Scott McGowan

Scott McGowan has served as CEO of COSOL an ASX listed company for ten years leading its growth and strategic direction in the digital asset management solutions space. Prior to COSOL he held executive leadership roles in global technology firms with a focus on asset centric industries bringing deep industry expertise and a strong track record of driving innovation and performance. Under his leadership COSOL has successfully acquired and integrated six companies expanding its capabilities and market reach across multiple sectors including energy, transport and infrastructure both in Australia and the US. Scott is known for his commitment to client success and his ongoing dedication to building high performing teams and lasting industry partnerships.

Has a proven track record of leading high-performance sales organisations across the APAC region. Throughout his career with Oracle, Wipro, Tata Consultancy Services, and COSOL, he has successfully transformed sales teams, strengthened customer engagement models, and delivered consistent revenue growth across complex enterprise markets. His experience spans both customer acquisition and account growth, with a strong focus on developing sales capability, improving execution discipline, and creating sustainable growth platforms that drive long-term shareholder value.

Nicola Williamson

Interim Chief Financial Officer
COSOL

Joined COSOL as General Manager Finance in March 2026, bringing almost 15 years' finance leadership experience across aviation, waste management, telecommunications, and logistics. She most recently served as Finance Director – APAC at Swissport, following senior finance roles at Cleanaway and nearly a decade at Virgin Australia, including as Group Financial Planning & Analysis Manager.

Mark Anning

General Counsel and Company Secretary
Mark is an accomplished General Counsel and Company Secretary with 25+ years of experience in legal, corporate advisory, company secretarial and governance. His career spans leadership at Partner level, and direct reporting to CEO's in ASX and NASDAQ corporations, combining deep legal expertise with strategic business insights. He holds a LLB(Hons), Bachelor of Commerce and a Graduate Diploma of Applied Corporate Governance.

Mark Anning

General Counsel and Company Secretary
Mark is an accomplished General Counsel and Company Secretary with 25+ years of experience in legal, corporate advisory, company secretarial and governance. His career spans leadership at Partner level, and direct reporting to CEO's in ASX and NASDAQ corporations, combining deep legal expertise with strategic business insights. He holds a LLB(Hons), Bachelor of Commerce and a Graduate Diploma of Applied Corporate Governance.

Jack Wood

Executive General Manager - Americas & AMS
Jack Wood has been with COSOL since 2019, serving in a number of consulting, sales, presales and management roles across the business. His background spans rail and asset management, having worked at Queensland Rail prior to joining COSOL. After leading COSOL's APAC presales and capability functions, Jack relocated to Denver, Colorado in 2023 to take on the role of Executive General Manager – Americas. He has since returned to Australia, continuing to lead the Americas business from Brisbane while also taking on executive leadership of the Asset Management Specialists (AMS) business in July 2026, driving growth across this unit.

Jo Levett

Head of People and Culture
Jo Levett is a Chartered HR leader with over 20 years of international experience across Australia, New Zealand, the Middle East, and the UK. She joined COSOL in November 2025, having most recently led the P&C function across Australia and New Zealand for Robert Bird Group, Atelier Ten, SMEC Urban, and SAA (entities of the SJ Group). Jo also brings senior HR experience from PERI, SIXT, and Accor, spanning engineering, construction, automotive, and hospitality sectors. She holds Fellow status with both the CIPD and AHRI (FCPHR) and is a strong advocate for building high-performing, people-centred cultures.
