Arch Resources, a leading metallurgical coal producer, faced a critical crossroads with their ageing Ellipse system - burdened by costly, overrun upgrades and eroding user confidence. Partnering with COSOL, Arch adopted the Enterprise Asset Management as a Service (EAMaaS) model to migrate from Ellipse 8.8 to 9.0.15, completing the project on time, on budget, and with minimal disruption - transforming how they manage Ellipse upgrades going forward.

When end of support prompted an ArcGIS platform upgrade at Unitywater, COSOL was engaged to deliver a ‘like-for-like’ upgrade from 10.3.1 to 10.6.1.
