When COSOL entered the Americas in 2020, we started small - a few people, a few projects, and one clear belief: reliability matters everywhere, not just in Australia.
We began by acquiring AddOns, an established digital asset management business with an exceptional reputation, led by Max Rogers, who remains an important part of our business today.
I still recall the AddOns slogan, which has stayed with me ever since:
It’s a simple phrase that captured their philosophy perfectly - practical technology that works in the real world. That same mindset continues to define COSOL Americas today: reliable people delivering proven technology and dependable results when it matters most.
Building on a Strong Foundation
From those early days, our focus has been clear: show up, deliver value, and earn trust. We’ve built our presence by working with clients who depend on their systems to perform under pressure: listening carefully, learning deeply, and proving our value one engagement at a time.
Years on, that belief in reliability has become the foundation of a fast-growing and respected business, based in Denver Colorado, and servicing the Americas.
Today, COSOL Americas continues to expand with purpose and discipline. For example, in the past 12 months, the team has achieved a number of significant milestones:
- Around 25 active Maximo customers across the U.S.
- 10 new clients through the IBM Inventory Optimisation offering
- Two new multi-year, multi-million-dollar clients secured in Q1
- Ongoing expansion of our IBM delivery team, with several new hires joining in Q2
These outcomes are not the result of chance. They are built on reliable delivery, strong partnerships, and a growing reputation for helping clients make complex enterprise asset management systems perform at their best.
A Major Win in the U.S. Ports Sector
A standout achievement this year is a new engagement with a major U.S. Ports Authority. Working in partnership with a global systems integrator, COSOL will support the implementation of Workday and Maximo as the Port transitions from SAP ECC6 and ADP to a modern, integrated platform.
Our scope includes the Maximo EAM implementation, data migration, and licensing, enabling the Port to operate with greater confidence, insight, and reliability.
This project demonstrates what COSOL does best - delivering dependable outcomes in complex, high-stakes environments where reliability cannot be compromised.

The team’s presence is felt across the region, at local Maximo User Groups, on stage at MaximoWorld, sharing their expertise right here on LinkedIn, and side by side with clients ensuring critical systems perform as intended.
That visibility matters. It reflects who we are as a company, approachable experts who stay close to the work and care deeply about outcomes.
I also want to acknowledge Jack Wood, our Executive General Manager, who has led the Americas team with focus, integrity, and commitment over the past several years. His leadership, supported by a dedicated group of professionals, has been instrumental in building the momentum we see today.
