This year we celebrated 25 years of COSOL - and as one does, we took the time to reflect on how far we’ve come, and importantly, to look ahead.
Since 2020, part of COSOL's growth has been through the integration of several respected brands, including WMS, AssetOn, Clarita Solutions, Core Asset, AddOns, and Toustone. Each has brought valuable expertise and trusted client relationships to our business.
To support our next chapter of growth and make it easier for our customers to engage with us, we’re unifying under a single brand: COSOL.
Why We’re Consolidating Our Brands
When it comes to brands, these decisions are never taken lightly. Our approach involved both internal and external research over several months to ensure we were making the right strategic choice - one aligned to our corporate strategy, while also being sensitive to our people, our history, and most importantly, our customers.
What’s Changing, and What’s Not
From 1 July, WMS - Work Management Solutions, AssetOn, Core Asset, and Clarita Solutions will officially operate as part of COSOL.
AddOns was previously integrated under COSOL, and there will be no changes to the Toustone brand at this time.
You’ll start seeing these changes reflected across our website, social media, communications, and documentation.
There are no changes to your contracts, teams, or commitments. The people and services you know and trust remain exactly the same, just under one unified COSOL name.

We want to acknowledge and thank the clients, partners, and team members who helped build the brands we’re retiring. Each has played a meaningful role in COSOL’s journey. Their legacy lives on in the expertise, culture, and relationships they brought with them.

Will my contract or account manager change?
No. There are no changes to your contract, services, or account contacts.
Will there be changes to emails or websites?
Yes - over time, email addresses and domains will be updated to reflect COSOL branding. Redirects will be in place, and we’ll guide you through any changes.
