The Board of Directors of COSOL Limited is responsible for corporate governance of COSOL. The Board guides and monitors the business and affairs of COSOL on behalf of the shareholders by whom they are elected and to whom they are accountable.

COSOL has established a set of corporate governance policies and procedures which reflect COSOL’s practices and are consistent with the ASX Corporate Governance Council’s Corporate Governance Principles and Recommendations, with such adjustments as appropriate for the particular circumstances of COSOL.
